As a manufacturer, you must perform a risk analysis and ensure, that your products meet certain requirements, before placing them on the EU market. This procedure is called conformity assessment and is carried out as in the design phase, as well as in the production phase. When an assessment of your products is required, you should contact a conformity assessment organization (called a notified body), to help you.

CONTROL TEST LTD covers the full range of activities in accordance with the requirements of the "Ordinance on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Transportable Pressure Equipment" - (NSIOSTON), which implements the EU directive in Bulgaria – 2010/35/ES, ADR, RID, ADN and standards, concerning design, production, the checks, the testing and conformity assessment of transportable pressure equipment (TONE). This, what we offer is:

⦁ Supervision of TON production;
⦁ Supervision of internal inspection service (VIS) – delegation of certain rights, which can be performed on our behalf;

2014/68/EU ASSESSMENT OF CONFORMITY OF PRESSURE FACILITIES /SnH/
The main objective of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU is to ensure, that the facilities, used in the European Economic Area are safe.
The directive is applicable to the design, the manufacture and conformity assessment of pressure equipment (СнН) and functional groups of pressure equipment, with a maximum allowable pressure greater than 0,5 Bar.
The activities, which we have the right to perform, in accordance with this directive are:
⦁ Assessment and classification of the level but danger of SND;
⦁ Evaluation and classification of S&N in the relevant category according to the level of danger. The category of CoH determines the required procedure/module for conformity assessment. You can read more HERE.
⦁ Approval of procedures for the implementation of fixed joints;
⦁ Approval of personnel for the execution of non-detachable joints;
⦁ Approval of personnel to perform non-destructive testing.
