Who are we?
The company KONTROLTEST OOD was founded in 1995 r.
The company is well known on the Bulgarian and international market for the services it provides in the field of destructive and non-destructive testing., the quality of products, materials and equipment, diagnostics and control of electrical installations and equipment, technical supervision of facilities with increased danger (SPO), as well as conformity assessment of Transportable Pressure Equipment (TONE) and Pressure Equipment (СнН), according to a directive 2010/35/ ME .
Since its establishment, the company has been certified by the Committee for Standardization and Metrology at the Council of Ministers in accordance with the standard BDS EN 45001 and BDS EN 45002. Through 1999 r. has been re-accredited by the newly established Bulgarian Accreditation Service at the KSM (certificate No. 5-I / 12.03.99 r).
Currently, the company CONTROLTEST Ltd. is accredited by the Executive Agency "Bulgarian Accreditation Service" according to BDS EN 17020/2012 as a Type A Control Authority (Certificate No. 52OKA).
the laboratory of KONTROLTEST OOD is the first in the industry, Lloyds Register Quality Assurance certified quality system, according to the ISO standard 9002:1994 ( Approval certificate no 206717). Since March 2001 has been recertified according to the ISO standard 9001:2000, and subsequently according to the ISO standard 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015.
. CONTROLTEST Ltd. is certified according to standards:
– ISO 14001:2004 (Certificate of approval № EMS 140543-01) from INTERTEC, now ISO 14001:2015 (Approval certificate no 72931) от NQA;
– OHSAS 18001:2007, now ISO 45001:2018 (Approval certificate no 72932) от NQA.
KONTROLTEST OOD is the first company certified according to the standard:
– ISO 55001:2014 (Certificate of Approval No. AMS 140543-01) from INTERTEC.
⦁ From May 2001 r. we are an authorized person for technical supervision of facilities with increased risk /registration No. 228/ by the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision according to PMS 187/21.09.2000.
⦁ KONTROLTEST OOD is notified by the European Commission as a conformity assessment body with registration number NB2413 as follows:
– By directive 2010/35/ ME – Conformity Assessment of Transportable Pressure Equipment (TPED), since October 2012 r. .
– under the directive 97/23/ EO, since December 2014 G., and from 2016 according to Directive 2014/68/EU on Pressure Equipment Conformity Assessment (PED).
KONTROLTEST OOD is approved according to the rules of the "Bulgarian Ship Register" to carry out non-destructive testing of welded joints and thickness measurement of materials and hull structures, of ships and floating equipment - approval no 36-3-436/17.
